FIT-OUT. The homestead’s complex was fitted out and adjusted to rural tourism activities, various events and parties.The homestead’s complex has four residential buildings: the main house and three smaller houses, a boiler house, a storage building, and a sauna house on the shore of the lake. The main residential house is a two-story building. There is a kitchen on the ground floor. It has all the furniture and domestic appliances necessary to prepare foods and to service parties. There is a big ball hall with chairs, 144 sq. m, and a sanitary unit. There is a billiards table in the ball hall. Large panoramic windows and exit to the terrace. There are four bedrooms with beds and an additional room used as a bedroom of the homestead’s housekeeper on the first floor. There is a WC and a shower cabin in each bedroom. There are living rooms and kitchens on the ground floor of three smaller residential houses. There are two bedrooms and a balcony on the first floor. There is a WC and a bath-shower cabin on each floor. All houses have terraces, parking lots and shashlik grilling places. There are necessary domestic appliances and furniture inside the houses. The area of each house is 98 sq. m.

There is a solid-fuel boiler in the boiler house used to heat the whole complex of the homestead. A boiler to make hot water is present in each house. The storage house is used to store canoe accessories and a four-wheeler. There is a sauna house on the shore of the lake. It has a pre-sauna room, a sauna room, a WC and a shower.

50 persons may be accommodated in the homestead at one time.

HOUSES. The houses were built in 2010 from logs. The roofs are reedy. Floors – wooden boards and tiles. There are modern radiators, wooden windows with glazed units, and wooden doors. Solid fuel is used to heat the whole complex. A boiler is in the boiler house. The tile-laid paths illuminated by ground- mounted lamps at night are present by all the houses.

LOCATION. The homestead’s complex is in Padumbliai village, Kapciamiestis sub-district, Lazdijai district. The homestead is in Veisiejai regional park. It borders the Pastovis lake and the Ancia river, where you can refresh yourself after sauna, or where a canoe trip starts. The total area of the territory is 35 ha. The homestead’s complex is surrounded by woods, so quietness and rest in nature and fresh air are guaranteed.

ADVANTAGES. There are many facilities for active leisure in the homestead’s complex: a basketball, football, tennis court that can be illuminated in dark, a playground for children, a sauna house, a tub, and canoes. The homestead is suitable for wedding, work parties, sport events, children camps or simply for families who appreciate entertainments, quietness and nature in one place.
